Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 May 2026
These Website Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of www.qmc4.com (the "Website"), operated by QMC4 Group Limited ("QMC4", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
The Website is a marketing site, not a service contract. Nothing on this Website constitutes an offer to provide professional services, and your use of it does not by itself create any client relationship. Any services QMC4 provides are governed by a separately-signed engagement agreement.
1. Who we are

2. About these Terms
These Terms apply to your use of the Website. They do not govern any professional engagement with QMC4 — engagements are subject to a separately-negotiated, written engagement agreement (which will prevail over these Terms in the event of any conflict in respect of that engagement).
We may change these Terms from time to time. Any changes take effect when posted to this page. Your continued use of the Website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- Use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- Access, attempt to access, or interfere with non-public areas of the Website, our systems, or our infrastructure;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape at scale, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying information of the Website beyond what is permitted by law;
- Introduce viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware, logic bombs, or any other material that is malicious or technically harmful;
- Conduct any denial-of-service attack, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other action intended to disrupt the Website's availability;
- Use the Website to transmit unsolicited advertising or promotional material ("spam"), or to harvest contact details for that purpose;
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- Use the Website in any way that breaches applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website, and to take any other action we consider appropriate (including legal action), in respect of any breach of this section.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Website — including text, graphics, layouts, logos, code, images, and the overall design — is owned by QMC4 or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, database rights, and other intellectual-property laws.
You may view, download, and print pages from the Website for your own personal or internal business reference. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any Website content without our prior written consent.
5. Trademarks
"QMC4", the QMC4 logo, "QMC4-Cyber", and related marks are trademarks of QMC4 Group Limited. All other product, service, and company names referenced on the Website are the property of their respective owners.
6. Information on the Website
The Website provides general information about QMC4 and our capabilities. It is not intended to constitute professional, legal, technical, financial, or any other advice. You should not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of information on the Website without seeking appropriate professional guidance.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Website current and accurate, but we make no representation or warranty, express or implied, that it is complete, accurate, up-to-date, or fit for any particular purpose.
7. Professional services
Where QMC4 provides professional services to a client, those services are provided under a separately-signed engagement agreement. The terms of that agreement — including scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, confidentiality, intellectual property in the deliverables, warranties, limitation of liability, and termination — are set out in the engagement agreement and prevail over these Terms in respect of that engagement.
8. Third-party links and content
The Website may contain links to third-party websites and services, including cyber.qmc4.com and LinkedIn. Those sites are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory — including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
We do not warrant that the Website will be free from errors, viruses, interruption, or unauthorised access, and we accept no liability for any failure of the Website to be available at any time.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- QMC4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive losses, including without limitation loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, anticipated savings, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website;
- QMC4's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website shall be limited to the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to QMC4 in respect of the Website (which is typically zero) or (b) one hundred pounds sterling (£100).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law — including, where applicable, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Liability arising out of any professional engagement is dealt with in the relevant engagement agreement and not by this section.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QMC4, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (i) your use of the Website in breach of these Terms, (ii) your violation of any applicable law, or (iii) your infringement of any third-party right.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, if we consider it necessary or appropriate. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 4 (Intellectual property), 10 (Disclaimers), 11 (Limitation of liability), 12 (Indemnity), 14 (Governing law), and 15 (Jurisdiction) — will survive.
14. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Bailiwick of Guernsey.
15. Jurisdiction
Each party irrevocably agrees that the Royal Court of Guernsey shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), without prejudice to QMC4's right to bring proceedings in any other court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual-property rights.
16. General
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
Entire agreement (Website use). These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and QMC4 regarding your use of the Website. They supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings between you and QMC4 in respect of the Website. They do not affect any separate engagement agreement.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms. QMC4 may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a corporate reorganisation, merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of its business.
